Törkmar introduced the Electric Cupboard at the Crick 2025 boat show, Britains biggest Inland Waterways Festival. The Electric Cupboard is Törkmar’s pre-configured and fully integrated power solution, complete with specially printed mounting panels, designed for both professional builders and DIY enthusiasts. It allows them to achieve a seamless, reliable, and efficient electrical installation with our expertly specified components and innovative, easy-to-follow layout including the following essential features:
- The heart of the Electric Cupboard, the Victron Quattro, Isolation Transformer, MPPT Solar Charge Controller and DC-DC converter all managed and monitored by a Victron Ekrano
- Törkmar custom designed busbar assembly that integrates all the high current DC isolators and fuses, meeting the latest safety standards
- Törkmar custom software running on the Victron Ekrano to display the key data to the boater in a clear concise interface
- Pre-printed fire-resistant back panel to allow the installer to easily pre-drill all mounting holes and clearly identify the types and routing of all power cables.
The show was very well attended (despite the mixed weather) with lots of interest show in all the Törkar products on display.
